The FVV is a global innovation network of companies, research institutes and funding organisations. Collective research on cutting-edge technologies to operate prime movers – internal combustion engines, hybrids, turbines, compressors, turbochargers -
and fuel cells in new, (partially) electrified, integrated and digitalised energy conversion systems with renewable energy sources in a more efficient, cleaner and sustainable way - to the benefit of society, climate, environment and industry: This is FVV's task for
the future. Innovative and sustainable energy conversion systems facilitate individual mobility, transportation, energy supply and industrial added value. The innovative power
of the industry and its economic success make a significant contribution to social prosperity. As a non-profit organisation we support the competitive ability of our member
companies by organising pre-competitive industrial collective research.
